The DC-17s Blaster Carbine was an attempt to make a direct upgrade on the DC-15s Blaster. The end result was a carbine instead of a pistol, but it is the same relative size. The DC-17s Blaster Carbine fires at an amazing speed, but has a reduced ammo capacity and a less effective range. It also weighs less, which is a pro but has an increased cost.
